The warmer weather certainly brought
some new visitors out to the Hollow
Tree.
There were one or two new faces and
plenty of regulars. There was a shock
result in the
"Battle of the Accel Cap".
Rumours were abound of money
exchanging hands and the kissing of
feet...

STOP PRESS
Next Months Route 56 will be cancelled due to the Hollow Tree undergoing a
refurbishment. Normal service will be resumed on the 4th JUNE 2007.
The organisers apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

"The battle of the Accel Cap finally came to a
conclusion this month although not won by Pete he
approached the winner with tears in his eyes and
begged on bended knee for this "Holy Icon", when
that didn't work, money exchanged hand's and Pete
was later heard to say " cost me a fortune that old
bloke didn't half put up a fight but 67pence was a bit
much but if you want it you have to pay for it..."
And finally a message from "Scouse Pete" to his arch rival in the battle of The
Accel Cap "Suvern Col"  ( move the pointer over picture of the cap)
So what will the repercussions be in the closing of this epic battle who knows........
but one thing is for sure the next report will be there with all the details..
